Изучен стоматологический статус 262 детей г. Краснодара. У большинства детей (92,0%) выявлен хороший и удовлетворительный (0 и 1) по Green-Vermillion уровень гигиены полости рта. Распространенность кариеса и его осложнений в группах детей отличалась незначительно (р > 0,05) и составила у детей в период начального сменного (1-я группа), конечного сменного (2-я группа) и постоянного (3-я группа) прикуса соответственно 51,14%, 55,81% и 47,73%. Интенсивность кариеса (КПУ + кп) отличалась незначительно (р > 0,05) у детей 1-й (2,39) и 3-й (2,13) групп и была достоверно (р < 0,05) ниже во 2-й (1,73) группе обследованных детей. Распространенность зубочелюстных аномалий (ЗЧА) отличалась незначительно (р > 0,05) в 2-й (43,0%) и 3-й группах (44,3%) и была достоверно (р < 0,05) ниже (29,5%) у детей 1-й группы. Аномалии зубных рядов достоверно реже встречались в 1-й группе (18,2 %) в сравнении с 2-й (34,9%) и 3-й (38,6%) группами детей. Отличие распространенности аномалий окклюзии и сочетанных ЗЧА в различных возрастных группах было статистически не значимым (р > 0,05). Следует отметить, что ЗЧА у детей отличались многообразием проявлений и часто - сочетанным характером. В этой связи при профилактическом осмотре детей считаем целесообразным детально регистрировать имеющиеся отклонения от нормы, что позволит достоверно оценить результат лечебно-профилактических мероприятий. Особое внимание следует уделять факторам риска, выявление которых в ходе профилактического осмотра детей специалистом целесообразно сочетать с анкетированием их родителей.
Dental status was studied in 262 children in Krasnodar. Most children had a good and satisfactory level of oral hygiene. The level was determined by Green-Vermillion. The prevalence of caries and its complications in the groups of children differed slightly (p > 0,05). This amounted to: 1) the period of the initial interchangeable occlusion (the first group of children) - 51,14%; 2) the final replaceable occlusion (the 2nd group of children) - 55,81% ;3) and permanent bite (3rd group of children) - 47,73%/The examination of children revealed the following indicators. The intensity of caries was slightly different (p > 0,05) in children of the 1st (2,39) and 3rd (2,13) groups. The caries intensity was significantly (p < 0,05) lower in the 2nd (1,73) group. The prevalence of dentoalveolar anomalies differed insignificantly (p > 0,05) in the 2nd (43,0%) and 3rd groups (44,3%). The prevalence of dentoalveolar anomalies was significantly (p < 0,05) lower (29,5%) in children of the 1st group. Abnormalities of dentition were less common in the 1st group (18,2%) compared with the 2nd group (34,9%) and the third group (38,6%) of children. Statistics showed that the differences in the prevalence of occlusal anomalies and the combination of dentoalveolar anomalies in various age groups were not significant (p > 0,05). It should be noted that the dentoalveolar anomalies of children differed in the variety of their presence and often combined nature. In this regard, in the preventive examination of children should be detailed registration of the available deviations from the norm. It will allow to reliably estimate the result of treatment and prophylactic measures. It is very important to pay attention to the risk factors, the identification of which in the course of preventive examination of children by a specialist should be combined with the questioning of their parents.
