Распространенность кариеса временных зубов, сложности организации профилактики и лечения раннего детского кариеса обеспечивают высокую потребность дошкольников в стоматологической помощи. Большинство детей дошкольного возраста обращаются в стоматологические организации по поводу пульпита временных зубов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить результаты применения трех различных медикаментов для витальной пульпотомии во временных молярах у детей.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Разрешение регионального этического комитета получено до начала рандомизированного клинического исследования в параллельных группах. После информированного согласия родителей в исследование включали детей в возрасте 3-9 лет с обратимым пульпитом во временных молярах. Путем рандомизации (N = 105) сформировали три группы: в первой пульпотомия выполнялась с применением «Пульпотека» (Produits Dentaires SA, Швейцария), во второй – PD MTA White (Produits Dentaires SA, Швейцария), третьей – «Пульпевит N¹3» (формокрезол) («ВладМиВа», Россия). Во всех группах пульпотомия проводилась в одно посещение, светоотверждаемый композит использовали для реставраций. Клиническое и рентгенологическое обследование проводили через 6 и 12 месяцев. Различия между группами оценивали по критерию хи-квадрат.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Во всех группах обследование через 6 и 12 месяцев после пульпотомии не выявило болей и других клинических признаков патологии. Во второй группе отмечено изменение цвета зубов после пульпотомии в 60,6% случаев. Рентгенологическое обследование через 6 месяцев не выявило патологии, через 12 месяцев выявлены единичные случаи наружной резорбции корней и расширения периодонтальной щели (рентгенологическая эффективность 97,2%, 93,8% и 94,2% соответственно в первой, второй и третьей группах, p &gt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Клиническое обследование детей через 6 и 12 месяцев, рентгенологическое обследование через 6 месяцев выявило 100% эффективность пульпотомии во временных молярах во всех группах. Через 12 месяцев рентгенологическая эффективность пульпотомии была выше после применения «Пульпотека» (97,2%), по сравнению с применением МТА (93,8%) и формокрезола (94,2%), однако различия не были существенными статистически. Неблагоприятным эффектом было изменение цвета зубов после применения МТА, которое не влияло на клинико-рентгенологическую эффективность пульпотомии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. The prevalence of caries of temporary teeth, the complexity of the organization of prevention and treatment of early childhood caries provide a high need for preschool children in dental care. The majority of children of preschool age are turning to dental organizations on the occasion of pulpitis of temporary teeth.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To study the results of three various medicaments’ use for pulpotomy in primary molars in children.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The Regional Ethic Committee’s permission was obtained before the start of the randomized clinical trial in the parallel groups. After informed parental consents 3-9-year-old children with reversible pulpitis in primary molars were included into the study. Three study-groups were formed by randomization (N=105). Pulpotomy in the first group was applied with Pulpotec (Produits Dentaires SA, Switzerland), in the second group – with PD MTA White (Produits Dentaires SA, Switzerland), in the third group – with Pulpevit #3 (formocresol) (VladMiVa, Russia). In all groups pulpotomy was conducted in one appointment, the light-curing composite was used for restorations. Clinical and radiographical examinations were performed after 6 and 12 months. Chi-square criterion was used to assess the differences between the groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. At the examinations after 6 and 12 months after pulpotomy pain and other clinical signs of pathology were not revealed in all groups. In the second group tooth discoloration after pulpotomy was noted in 60.6% cases. Radiographical examination after 6 months did not reveal any pathology, after 12 months single cases of external root resorption and periodontal ligament space increase were found (radiographical efficiency were 97.2%, 93.8% и 94.2% in the first, second and third groups respectively, p &gt; 0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Clinical examination of the children after 6 and 12 months, radiographical examination after 6 months revealed 100% efficiency of pulpotomy in primary molars in all the groups. After 12 months radiographical efficiency of pulpotomy was higher after using Pulpotec (97.2%) comparing to MTA (93.8%) and formocresol (94.2%); however, the differences were not significant statistically.
