Актуальность. Дислокация зубов мудрости в мягкие ткани после их удаления относится к клинически не самым частым, но одним из самых сложных осложнений. Оптимальный вариант лечения данного осложнения – это лечение в условиях профильного стационара в отделениях челюстно-лицевой хирургии. Авторами статьи описан клинический случай успешного лечения ребенка с дислокацией третьего моляра в окружающие ткани.

Описание клинического случая. В статье представлено подробное описание истории болезни ребенка 13 лет, обратившегося в клинику для оказания медицинской помощи с диагнозом «инородное тело (зуб 1.8) в области верхней челюсти». Авторами подробно изучена история болезни данного пациента, жалобы, проведены клинические осмотры и проведены дополнительные методы исследования (КЛКТ челюстно-лицевой области) с целью постановки окончательного диагноза и определения дальнейшей тактики лечения. Пациенту было проведено оперативное вмешательство в условиях профильного стационара на базе кафедры детской челюстно-лицевой хирургии – удаление дислоцированного зуба мудрости. Послеоперационный период протекал без осложнений и особенностей. Ребенок был выписан из клиники в удовлетворительном состоянии.

Заключение

Заключение. Все пациенты, нуждающиеся в хирургическом удалении данной группы зубов, должны быть проинформированы о наличии осложнений, возникающих после удаления. В том случае, если осложнения все-таки возникли, стоит безотлагательно обратиться за квалифицированной помощью. Во всех случаях, осложненных внутриротовым доступом, следуем немедленно обратиться в челюстно-лицевое отделение стационара.

Relevance. The dislocation of wisdom teeth into soft tissues following extraction is a relatively rare but clinically significant complication. Optimal management requires treatment in a specialized maxillofacial surgical unit. This article presents a clinical case of successful management of a child with a third molar dislocated into the surrounding tissues.

Case description

Case description. The article details the medical history of a 13-year-old patient who presented with a diagnosis of "foreign body (tooth 1.8) in the maxillary region." The authors conducted a thorough review of the patient’s medical history and complaints, performed clinical examinations, and utilized additional diagnostic methods, including cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) of the maxillofacial area, to establish a definitive diagnosis and determine the appropriate treatment strategy. The dislocated wisdom tooth was surgically removed in a specialized pediatric maxillofacial surgery unit. The postoperative course was uneventful, and the patient was discharged in satisfactory condition.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Patients undergoing surgical removal of third molars should be informed about potential complications. In the event of complications, prompt professional intervention is essential. Cases involving intraoral access complications require immediate referral to a maxillofacial surgery unit.
