Хронический гингивит является начальной формой заболеваний пародонта, которая представляет собой медико-социальную проблему мирового здравоохранения с тенденцией роста заболеваемости среди лиц молодого возраста, что обусловлено его полиэтиологичностью, мультифакторностью и наличием ряда патогенетических особенностей, наиболее значимыми из которых являются нарушения микроциркуляции, сопровождающиеся тканевой гипоксией. Коррекция данных патологических состояний в пародонте требует поиска новых методов диагностики и лечения с целью профилактики развития осложнений.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 54 пациента (средний возраст 22,5 ± 1,7 лет). Контрольную группа составили 34 человека (I); группу сравнения – 20 человек (II). В группе II применяли вакуум-лазерную терапию в сочетании с повязками на основе мексидола, который обладает антигипоксантным и антиоксидантным свойствами.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По данным функционального обследования, на момент окончания лечения выявлено улучшение состояния капилляров как нутритивного звена, так и отводящего в микроциркуляторном русле. На фоне антиоксидантной и антигипоксантной терапии наблюдалось уменьшение диаметра капилляров в каждом из отделов до значений группы контроля.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение антиоксидантной и антигипоксантной терапии продемонстрировало клиникофункциональную эффективность комплексного лечения с использованием вакуум-лазерного воздействия на ткани пародонта при хроническом гингивите и может быть рекомендовано в качестве способа патогенетической коррекции микроциркуляторных нарушений при лечении воспалительных заболеваний пародонта.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Plaque-induced gingivitis represents the initial phase of periodontal diseases and a significant medical and social challenge within global healthcare frameworks, particularly prevalent among younger people.</p></sec><sec><title>Demographics</title><p>Demographics. This prevalence arises from its multifactorial etiology, complex developmental mechanisms, and notable pathogenetic features, most evidently microcirculatory disruptions leading to tissue hypoxia. Addressing these pathological conditions requires the development of novel diagnostic methodologies and therapeutic interventions to prevent further complications.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study encompassed 54 subjects with an average age of 22.5 ± 1.7 years. The control group included 34 participants (GroupI), and the comparison group 20 participants (Group II). Group II received vacuum laser therapy in conjunction with Mexidol-based dressings, noted for their antihypoxant and antioxidant properties.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Evaluations conducted post-treatment indicated enhancements in both arterial and venous capillary functions. Amid the antioxidant and antihypoxant treatment regimen, capillary diameters were reduced to match those observed in the control group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Regimen implemented in this study was clinically and functionally effective in a combined treatment protocol involving vacuum laser therapy on periodontal tissues of plaque-induced gingivitis patients.
