Актуальность. Распространенность травм зубов у детей достигает 52,3% в зависимости от возраста. В настоящее время отмечается тенденция к повышенной травматизации фронтальной группы зубов верхней челюсти. Поиск и применение наиболее оптимальных вариантов лечения травм зубов у детей в эстетической значимой зоне остается актуальным вопросом.

Описание клинического случая. В статье приведены результаты лечения мальчика 8 лет с установленным диагнозом по МКБ-10: зуб 2.1 – S02.52 «перелом коронки зуба в пределах эмали, дентина с повреждением пульпы». Тактикой оказания стоматологической помощи была выбрана витальная ампутация коронковой пульпы с прямым покрытием пульпы зуба препаратом на основе МТА «Рутдент» (Технодент, Россия). Для эстетической реабилитация был выбран способ фиксации отломка зуба на композиционный материал с применением адгезивного протокола. Восстановлены функциональные и эстетические параметры зуба. Стабильность полученного результата оценена через полгода после проведенного лечения.

Заключение

Заключение. Популяризация различных спортивных мероприятий может привести к повышению распространенности травм фронтальной группы зубов у детей. Врач-стоматолог детский должен уметь применять современные методы диагностики острой травмы зубов для постановки правильного диагноза и выбора оптимального метода лечения. Возможности современной детской стоматологии способствуют восстановлению всех утраченных в ходе травмы функций зуба: анатомической, эстетической и физиологической.

Relevance

Relevance. The prevalence of dental injuries in children reaches 52.3%, based on age. Currently, the number of traumas of anterior maxillary teeth tends to increase. The search and application of the most optimal treatment options for dental injuries in an aesthetic area in children remains relevant.

Description of the clinical case. The article presents the treatment results of an 8-year-old boy diagnosed with S02.52 according to ICD-10: fracture of the crown of tooth 2.1 within the enamel, dentin layers with pulp involvement. Vital amputation of the crown pulp with a direct pulp capping with "Rutdent", an MTA-based product, was chosen as the tactic of dental care. A tooth fragment was attached with a composite material (using an adhesive protocol) for aesthetic rehabilitation. The function and aesthetics of the tooth were restored. The result was stable six months after the treatment.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The popularization of various sports events can lead to an increase in the incidence of dental traumas to anterior teeth in children. A pediatric dentist should be able to apply modern methods of diagnosing acute dental trauma to make the correct diagnosis and choose the optimal treatment method. The opportunities of modern pediatric dentistry allow the restoration of all dental functions lost during trauma: anatomical, aesthetic and physiological.
