На сегодняшний день комфортное лечение зубов без болевых ощущений взрослого населения и детей остается в приоритете современной стоматологии. Необходимо отметить, что именно дети больше других нуждаются в адекватном обезболивании, так как отрицательные эмоции, полученные в детском возрасте, могут определять взаимоотношения стоматолог – пациент на всю оставшуюся жизнь. На помощь врачам-стоматологам приходит использование местных анестетиков, являющихся предпочтительным методом анестезии на детском стоматологическом приеме. Однако возникает вопрос о правильном подборе местного анестетика, а также его концентрации. Существует большое количество исследований на данную тему, тем не менее, не все местные анестетики, применяемые у взрослых пациентов, являются достаточно безопасными и оправданными для использования на детском стоматологическом приеме. Помимо этого, сегодня на рынке представлено большое количество препаратов для анестезии, различных форм, видов, концентраций и их комбинаций. Все это предъявляет высокие требования к врачу-стоматологу.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Анализ и систематизация научных исследований по использованию местнообезболивающих препаратов в детской стоматологической практике.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Основным методом исследования является анализ литературных источников по заданной теме. Поиск публикаций проводился на основании установленных критериев PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), в поисковых базах Medline PubMed и e-library по заданным ключевым словам: «детская стоматология», «местные анестетики», «обезболивание», «анестезия».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ представленных исследований продемонстрировал множество используемых средств и способов местной анестезии у детей.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Детский стоматологический прием диктует особые правила при лечении пациентов, в каждом конкретном случае врач должен учитывать данные общесоматического анамнеза и уровня тревожности ребенка для обоснованного выбора средства и способа местной анестезии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance.  To date, painless, comfortable dental treatment of adults and children remains a priority for modern dentistry. It is of note that children specifically need adequate pain relief more than others since negative emotions received in childhood can determine the relationship between the dentist and the patient for the rest of their lives. Local anaesthetics, the preferred method of anaesthesia in pediatric dentistry, come to the aid of doctors. However, the question arises about the correct selection of a local anaesthetic and its concentration. There is a lot of research on this topic; however, not all local anaesthetics used in adult patients are safe enough and justified for use in pediatric dentistry. In addition, on the market today, there are a lot of anaesthetic drugs, various forms of presentation, types, concentrations and combinations. All of the above sets high demands on the dentist.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To analyze and systematize scientific research on local anaesthetics in pediatric dental practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The main research method was the analysis of literature on the topic. Based on established PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) criteria, publications were searched in the Medline PubMed and E-library databases by the keywords: "pediatric dentistry", "local anaesthetics", "pain relief", and "anaesthesia".</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The analysis of the presented studies demonstrated a variety of used means and methods of local anaesthesia in children.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
