В современных исследованиях, касающихся ортодонтической коррекции с использованием элайнеров и брекет-систем, большое внимание уделяется трехмерной оценке костных и периодонтальных структур. Цель: разработать методику трехмерной оценки костной ткани у пациентов при ортодонтическом лечении элайнерами.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. С помощью разработанной нами методики мы оценивали толщину костной ткани с вестибулярной и язычной поверхности резцов нижней челюсти, а также толщину костной ткани альвеолярного отростка, ширину и высоту нижнечелюстного симфиза с двух сторон - вестибулярной и язычной.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Спустя полгода от начала ортодонтической коррекции капами определяется двустороннее утолщение кости и увеличение четкости рисунка кости вестибулярно и язычно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Составление плана лечения у пациентов возможно исключительно с полной визуализацией расположения зубов в кости и по отношению к корням соседних зубов с помощью 3D-цефалометрии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Modern studies about orthodontic correction with aligners and brackets focus on the three-dimensional assessment of bone and periodontal structures.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. The study aimed to develop a technique for the three-dimensional evaluation of bone tissue in orthodontic patients with aligners.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Using our methodology, we evaluated the buccal and lingual bone thickness at the lower incisors, alveolar bone thickness, buccal and lingual width and height of the mandibular symphysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Six months after the beginning of the orthodontic treatment with aligners, the study determined an increase in bone thickness bilaterally and the sharpness of buccal and lingual bone structure.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
