<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Children began to fall ill more often, including severe forms of infection, due to the spread of delta and omicron strains of SARS-CoV-2 in the world. Purpose. To evaluate the Russian and international literature data on the prevalence and main signs and symptoms of the post-COVID syndrome in children.</p>
<title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A search was conducted in electronic databases: eLibrary, PubMed, Web of Science and Google Scholar, using such keywords as „post-COVID syndrome in children”, „children's multisystem inflammatory syndrome”, „omicron”, „delta”, „COVID-1”</p>
<title>Results</title><p>Results. In some patients, the manifestations of the post-COVID syndrome were very mild, while in others, even those who had had a mild infection, long-term consequences affected the quality of life.</p>
<title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Today, pediatric dentists and doctors of similar specialties detect signs and symptoms of infection manifestation, but, at present, there are no recommendations for the treatment and monitoring of these children. Besides, nowadays, there are no clinically and statistically significant observations demonstrating the effectiveness of specific therapeutic measures, which allows only a symptomatic treatment approach.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>постковидный синдром у детей</kwd><kwd>детский мультисистемный воспалительный синдром</kwd><kwd>стоматологические проявления COVID-19</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>post-COVID syndrome in children</kwd><kwd>children's multisystem inflammatory syndrome</kwd><kwd>dental manifestations of COVID-19</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Swain SK, Debta P, Sahu A, Lenka S.
