У детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра часто выявляется неудовлетворительный уровень гигиены полости рта, что связано с особенностями поведения и низкой способностью к обучению новым навыкам. Целью исследования явилось изучение влияния электрической зубной щетки с мобильным приложением на мотивацию к гигиене полости рта у детей с расстройством аутистического спектра и оценка методики систематической десенсибилизации как одного из научно обоснованных подходов прикладного анализа поведения для подготовки детей с аутизмом к проведению профессиональной гигиены полости рта.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование вошли дети расстройством аутистического спектра в возрасте 5-12 лет. Основную группу составили 25 детей с аутизмом, применяющих электрические зубные щетки, группу сравнения - 25 детей, использующих мануальные зубные щетки.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В основной группе к концу исследования редукция снижения зубного налета при оценке гигиенических индексов OHI-S и API составила 57,8% и 57,6%, в группе сравнения - 26,6% и 33,3% соответственно. При проведении профессиональной гигиены полости рта в основной группе отмечалась более выраженная динамика в позитивном отношении к процедуре (с 20% до 48%), в группе сравнения - с 20% до 36% повысился процент детей, выполняющих требования врача.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Для повышения мотивации детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра к гигиене полости рта и стоматологическим манипуляциям необходимо использовать комплексные подходы, включающие в себя методы прикладного анализа поведения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) often exhibit poor oral hygiene levels connected with behaviour characteristics and low ability to new skills training. The study aimed to investigate the influence of an electric toothbrush with a mobile application on oral hygiene motivation in children with ASD and to evaluate a systemic desensitization technique as one of the evidence-based practices in applied behaviour analysis for preparing children with ASD for professional oral hygiene.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included children with ASD aged 5-12 years old. The main group comprised 25 children with ASD using electric toothbrushes, and the comparison group consisted of 25 children using manual toothbrushes.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. By the end of the study, the hygiene indices OHI-S and API demonstrated plaque reduction by 57.8% and 57.6% in the main group and by 26.6% и 33.3% in the comparison group, respectively. In the comparison group, the number of children, who followed the doctor's commands, increased from 20% to 36%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
