Краниофациальная микросомия – собирательное определение, объединяющее врожденные патологии органов, развивающихся из I и II жаберных дуг. Однако принадлежность различных врожденных патологий к данному заболеванию остается спорной. По этой причине нет стандартизированных показаний к срокам и методам лечения.Материалы и методы. В данной работе проанализированы результаты обследований 89 детей и подростков от 1 до 18 лет с синдромами краниофациальной микросомии, проведенных с 2011 по 2021 год. Результаты. Пациенты разделены на группы по степени тяжести их патологии и возрасту. В зависимости от варианта фенотипа, были предложены различные методы лечения.Выводы. На основании нашего и мирового опыта, а также учитывая анатомические и функциональные изменения у детей и подростков с синдромами краниофациальной микросомии, возникает актуальность создания схемы для построения индивидуальных, мультидисфиплинарных алгоритмов лечения данной категории пациентов. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Craniofacial microsomia is a collective definition combining congenital pathologies of organs developing from the first and second branchial arches. However, the affiliation of various congenital pathologies to this disease remains controversial. For this reason, there are no standardized indications for the timing and methods of treatment. </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. This paper analyzes the results of examinations conducted from 2011 to 2021in 89 children and adolescents from 1 to 18 years with craniofacial microsomia.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Patient groups were allocated according to the pathology severity and their age, and were offered vari- ous treatments depending on the phenotype variant.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Based on international and our experience and considering the anatomical and functional changes in children and adolescents with craniofacial microsomia, creating a scheme for developing a customized multidisciplinary algorithm to treat these patients becomes relevant.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>краниофациальная микросомия</kwd><kwd>микротия</kwd><kwd>отомандибулярный дизостоз</kwd><kwd>гемифациальная микросомия</kwd><kwd>синдром Гольденхара</kwd><kwd>синдром Тричера-Коллинза-Франческетти</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>craniofacial microsomia</kwd><kwd>microtia</kwd><kwd>otomandibular dysostosis</kwd><kwd>hemifacial microsomia</kwd><kwd>Goldenhar syndrome</kwd><kwd>Treacher-Collins-Franceschetti syndrome</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Poswillo D.
