С 7 966-го по 2011 гол в международной литературе описано 30 различных систем оненки кариеса и его осложнений. Между этими системами сушествуют большие отличия. Ц.ель. Сравнение эффективности использования индексов кпу(з)/кпу(п), ICDAS -Ни CAST для определения состояния зубов у детей раннего возраста. Материалы и методы. Было проведено клиническое обследование 645 детей в возрасте от 11 месянев до 4-х лет, обратившихся за стоматологической помошью с применением индексов интенсивности кариеса кпу(з)/кпу(п), ICDAS-II и CAST. Результаты. Среднее значение индекса ICDAS-II (d16mf-t) в возрасте от 11 месянев до 4-х лет составило 12,38 ± 3,73, а среднее значение индекса CAST (d37mf-t) и кпу(з) составило 11,20 ± 3,67 и 9,29 ± 3,75 соответственно. Выводы. Выявлено, что у детей раннего возраста, обратившихся за стоматологической помошью, обнаружена высокая заболеваемость временных зубов. Установлено, что применение индексов ICDAS -Ни CAST в отличие от индекса кпу позволяет не только выявить ранние формы кариеса, но и оненить более глубокие поражения зубов, сопровождаюшиеся вовлечением пульпы зуба в патологический пронесс, что важно при планировании организании оказания стоматологической помоши детям раннего возраста.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Within the years of 1966 to 2011 there were described 30 different systems to estimate caries and its complications. These systems are bearing great distinctions. Aim. Comparison of efficacy to determine the state of teeth in early aged children using the indices dmf(t)/dmf(s), ICDAS -II and CAST. Materials and methods. There were examined 645 children aged from 11 months to 4 years, who applied for dental aid where the indices of caries intensity in question were used. Results. The average meaning of the index ICDAS-II (d16mf-t) in children of 11 months to 4 years was 12,38±3,73 and the average meanings of the indices CAST (d37mf-t) and dmf (s) were seen as 11,2±3,67 and 9,29±3,75 respectively. Conclusion. It was found out that the early aged children who applied for dental aid showed a high morbidity level of their temporary teeth. It was ascertained that use of the ICDAS - II and CAST indices, unlike the dmfones, makes possible not only to detect early forms of caries but also estimate deeper teeth lesions that are accompanied with involving the tooth pulp into pathological process.
