В статье на основании анализа данных комплексного лечения 82 детей с различными формами буллезного эпидермолиза описаны особенности стоматологического статуса детей с этим редким генетическим дерматозом. Особое внимание уделено техническим трудностям, возникающим при проведении основных стоматологических манипуляций и описаны приемы, позволяющие с ними справиться.

The paper presents data on dental treatment of 82 children with epidermolysis bullosa. The highlights of the study are oral status and dental treatment options of the rare genetic dermatosis, as well as possible technical pitfalls and useful clinical techniques to avoid them.
