Хотя и существуют ограничения по показаниям для применения СИЦ в некоторых клинических случаях, в целом список рекомендуемых показаний весьма широк. СИ последних поколений являются великолепной альтернативой амальгаме и композитам. Эти биосовместимые материалы идеально соответствуют требованиям минимально инвазивного лечения, помогают сохранить больший объем тканей зуба и витальность пульпы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Glass ionomers should take on an increasingly significant role in our treatment strategies. Although usage restrictions may exist in some clinical situations, their indications are numerous. The latest generations of GIs are excellent alternatives to amalgam or composite resins.
