Уделяется внимание важности санации ротовой полости у детей с онкологическими заболеваниями. Рассматриваются препараты, применяемые при лечении орального мукозита. Сравнивается эффективность медикаментозного лечения и светотерапии с лазерной терапией. Приводится исследование механизма действия лазерной терапии при лечении орального мукозита.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this review is to analyze modern methods of treatment and prevention of oral mucositis in children. Attention is paid to the importance of oral cavity sanitation in children with oncological diseases. The drugs used in the treatment of oral mucositis are considered. The effectiveness of drug treatment and light therapy with laser therapy is compared.
